Situation
VINCI Education was building a new category of digital learning tools, combining curriculum, software, and physical products into a single ecosystem. The goal was to create an engaging, game-based learning experience for children, supported by educators and accessible to families.
The Challenge
The challenge was building both the product and the organization at the same time. There was no existing team, pipeline, or system in place. The work needed to define the brand, establish a scalable creative and production process, and deliver a large volume of high-quality content across games, motion, 3D, and marketing. At the same time, the experience needed to balance education and engagement, ensuring the games were both effective learning tools and compelling for kids to use consistently.
What Was Done
I built and led the design and interactive team, growing it into a multidisciplinary group capable of delivering at scale. I led the creation of the VINCI brand and oversaw the development of 90+ Unity-based educational games, along with motion graphics, 3D product visuals, and supporting marketing assets. Systems and workflows were established to enable consistent production across multiple teams and projects. The result was a cohesive product ecosystem that supported learning, engagement, and long-term growth, later extending into Club VINCI as a multiplayer experience for use at home.
Club VINCI
Extended the platform into a home experience, transforming the curriculum into a multiplayer environment that allows parents and children to engage with the content outside of the classroom.
